In November 2013, Stowford Farm Meadows were becoming increasingly concerned at the decline in organic traffic to their website. Year on year organic traffic had declined 12%, and increases to overall traffic were marginal at best. Stowford were keen to not only arrest this decline but reverse the trend.

Project Outcomes

Focusing on the April to September period, when the website receives most of it’s traffic, our Accelerated On-Page SEO project, keyword research and ongoing SEO improvements have resulted in a marked increase in traffic.

Total visits over this period had dropped from 55,436 in 2012 to 50,620 in 2013, prompting Stowford’s approach to Prism 7. Following our project, site visits over the summer months increased to 71,044, an increase of more than 40%.

Comparing November 2013 to November 2014, year on year organic traffic increased by 38%, with additional increases also seen in direct traffic and referral traffic. Total site visits for the period increased from 72,453 to 99,758.
